Systems Assistant-Part Time
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Systems Assistant to support the Systems Manager with a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate will be familiar with our organization’s culture and values, have strong time-management skills, and demonstrate the ability to prioritize effectively. This role requires a high level of discretion when handling data and excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members.

Principal Job Responsibilities: 
  • Assist the Systems Manager with day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Manage and update databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Perform tasks related to centralized onboarding for all campuses.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to gather information or provide updates.
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Competencies & Skills for Position: 
  • Familiarity with the organization’s culture, mission, and values.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and suggest improvements.
  • Experience handling sensitive data with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar tools (preferred but not required).

Schedule and Availability:
  • Part-time role, working 10-15 hours per week.
  • Regular availability Monday through Thursday.
  • Remote work available after a 30-day onboarding period.

General Physical Requirements

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully  perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly  required to: 

• Sit/stand for long periods of time 

• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 lbs. and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25  lbs.
